Advanced reservations will be taken throughout the year by telephone or email and confirmed when 50% of the rental cost is in hand. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made in the form of a personal check or money order (US Funds). Make payable to Murphy's Adirondack Getaways.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. A $100.00 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Weekly rates are from Saturday to Saturday. Check out time 11:00 am, check in time 3:00 pm. No Smoking. No Pets. No parties without prior consent.

During Holidays, (Christmas, New Years, Etc. & Special Events such as ironman, WInter carnival etc...), your deposit will NOT be returned UNLESS the cottage is re-rented.
